Help I need Tips for Chelsea and AC milan

Hello Im getting in a torunament with Chelsea and Ac Milan and I need help...

Whats the best formation that suits to them?
Best Tactic?
And any other tips will be warmly accepted and thanked

On Chelsea I usually use the defeault formation and put lampard on ballacks place and change the middle guy i cant rmemeber the name for Deco.. In the back line i dont know if change bosingwa for Obi Mikel, and in the match I use the default tactic with offensive mind.

On acMilan i use default formation and default formation...

well for chelsea i find the best of all ...which i think i have found it...i switch ballack and lampards positions...and keep everything the same...because lampard is a better crosser/passer so i need him at win...and ballack is a strong guy like essein...which will support no people getting through the middle...DO NOT change boswingwa for obi...tbh obi only goes where essein goes because obi isnt as fast as bosingwa which will help when playing fast teams such as barca/real/inter....and also deco is good but try zurkhov...which is fast as hell (like messi fast) and he can cross well and pass...which is basically better then what malauda...tbh if u dont like zurkhov...then use joe cole which he does wonders tbh and ac milan is tbh a mentality change idk what Leonardo (their coach) is doing with them but they are just BAD...all u really need to think about is having high possession...if you are online i will show u what im talking about
